Event Summary | Now that Ofsted have returned to full inspections we are offering training for middle leaders aimed at helping them to prepare for a potential deep dive into their subject. | ||||||
Event description | This one-hour webinar is perfect for subject and curriculum leaders as it explores Ofsted's deep dive methodology, an integral part of the quality of education judgement. During the deep dive process, as set out by Ofsted in their 2019 EIF, middle leaders are expected to talk about their subject area in great depth, including curriculum rationale, content choices and subject sequencing. As many middle leaders are not subject experts, this process can often feel overwhelming. So whether you are 'Ofsted-imminent' or just want to upskill your middle leaders, both established or new-to-role, come along to our webinar to find out more. |
